LogoFax International, Inc. offers software (in the form of floppy disks, eprom chips and/or electronic data) that can be used to control certain engraving and embroidery machines. Including certain systems that may allow for production of a variety of images on various materials. Some of the images that our customers can produce are in the public domain (such as a representation of the American flag); some images are copyrighted (such as designs that are original with us or licensed from others); and some images (such as trademarks and logos) have proprietary characteristics. With regard to artistic materials having no proprietary characteristics, the purchase of a disk/file from LogoFax International, Inc. will carry with it an automatic license to use that disk/file for the purpose for which it was sold, i.e., in producing engraved or embroidered images of an artistic nature.
A single archival copy of the disk/file may be made by the purchaser; in order that the purchaser will have a backup and thus be assured of having a way of controlling a single engraving or embroidery machine. The making of multiple copies of our copyrighted disks/files is forbidden by US Copyright Law. The right to use a disk/file purchased from LogoFax International, Inc. is valid for the original purchaser only -- and is not transferable. With regard to any trademarks or logos shown in our catalog, LogoFax International, Inc. makes its disks/files available as a service to those persons who are authorized to reproduce the trademarks or logos--but does not claim any ownership rights or licensing rights in the trademarks or logos. Our claim to copyright in a particular disk/file will often extend only to the software, which we create for reproducing a trademark or logo. To the extent that any proprietary rights exist in any name, design, trademark or logo. The company or entity that owns those rights, must be contacted by the purchaser in order to obtain a license to use the particular image. LogoFax International, Inc. makes no representations concerning a purchaser's ability to obtain such licensing rights.
No guarantees are given or implied as to the accuracy of any logo or to the accuracy of the colors used. The logos found on this website should be used for mock-ups only and you are advised to obtain finished artwork from the company, club, associations and/or organizations involved before usage. I understand I must be absolutely satisfied with the LogoFax Logos4Life Subscription Service or I can cancel my membership within 30 days and never be billed again. To cancel your subscription service with LogoFax Logos4Life you may do any one of the following:
Upon canceling you will receive a Cancellation Control Number in return. This is used as proof of confirmation of your request to terminate your subscription and may be needed for your records. If you DO NOT receive your Cancellation Control Number within 24 hours of your initial cancellation notice, you may call 800-248-7528 to obtain it from one of our representatives. I understand that I will be billed a monthly recurring (on going), monthly fee at said subscription price, unless I choose to cancel as shown above within 30 days prior to billing. Exemption if Annual Subscription is selected. This statement supersedes any other description of rights and warranties contained in previous catalogs. Note: In compliance with certain trademark and copyright laws we have discontinued some of the logos, that at one time may have appeared in our catalog(s).
